Our therapists are caring and attentive professionals committed to fulfilling your every need. Here is some information to help you make the most of your time with us.
General Information
Please arrive at the Spa 10 minutes before your treatment especially for facial treatments, body treatments or packages. This allows you time to enjoy a cup of herbal tea, relax and complete your consultation card without cutting in to your treatment time. As it is our objective to run on time for all of our appointments, we ask that you arrive on time to avoid having your treatment time reduced.
Cancellation Policy
As we often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for our services, we request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges apply:
For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation applies.
For all bookings for 2 people or more and package bookings, a credit card number is required to secure your booking and a 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed with 48 hours.
Your Comfort
Your therapist will advise which clothes to leave on and will maintain your privacy at all times. Never hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other clients by turning off your mobile phone and by making childcare arrangements for appointments.
Your Treatment Needs
For your maximum safety and comfort, please let us know if you are under the care of a doctor or alternative practitioner. In particular, please inform us if you are pregnant or have any allergies or health conditions so we can adapt the treatment to your needs, all treatments are suitable for men and women. Dermalogica treatments are customised to suit your individual needs. As these will vary from visit to visits, be aware that your treatment will differ also.
Loyalty Programme
On your fifth appointment with us receive 20% off your treatment. If you would like to join our client loyalty programme, please let us know when you come into the clinic.
Payment Options
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card and Cheques in some instance.
